With a cradle crafted from GOTS-certified organic cotton in a traditional bassinet shape, this bundle surrounds your baby in breathable, natural materials, creating a soft and spacious sleep environment that feels just right. The motor's gentle rocking action is designed by Danish engineers to provide a calm, secure motion that helps babies relax, recalling the comforting sensation of being held in the womb.

*Please be aware that our cradle is only compatible with our tripod stands purchased after December of 2022. You can identify whether your stand is compatible if the color of the feet match the color of the stand.

How to use
As a standard, the cradle comes with a Moonboon spring that can also be used for the twin baby hammock. The spring can be used without the motor when the baby weighs 3-12 kg.
Moonboon’s Spring+ for the cradle and twin baby hammock can be purchased separately and used for children weighing between 12-20 kg.

How to use with the motor system
If you want to use the cradle with the motor this is possible when the child weighs 3-12 kg.

Safety and certifications
The cradle is 100% GOTS-certified and adheres to the European standard EN 1130:2019.
The cradle is not suitable for babies and children that can sit, kneel or pull themselves up.

Maintenance
The cradle is delivered pre-washed so you do not have to do so.
To wash the cover you need to remove the straps from the frame and remove the baseboard and the mattress. Wash the cover at 40 degrees in the washing machine.
The cover may shrink slightly during washing. Therefore, make sure to stretch the cover back to its original shape while it is wet to eliminate any wrinkles. Avoid any chemical cleaning. Do not use bleach. Only dry on a rack and not in the tumbler dryer. Straps with anchoring straps and the stainless steel ring need to be cleaned by hand as the metal parts cannot handle a wash in the machine.
We recommend that you only wash the cover of your mattress, not the mattress itself.

Warning!
The oval cradle is not suitable for use for children who can sit up or kneel.

1. Installation:
Ensure you set-up the cradle securely and safely in accordance with the user manual.

2. Environment:
Prepare a calm and quiet area of your home for the cradle to be used in – this will help deliver a great sleeping environment. Try placing a familiar item such as a muslin cloth or stuffed toy in the cradle for a few days before you introduce it to your baby. This familiar smell will help baby adapt to their new sleeping surrounds.

3. Start slow:
Rocking should be introduced gently and slowly – either manually or with our Moonboon Motor. You can gradually increase the tempo and duration of rocking as your baby gets used to it. You’ll soon learn what works for you.

Every baby is different, and some may take longer than others to adapt to the cradle. Be patient, observe their cues, and make adjustments accordingly.
